Description
- Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes
- PPAP, 8D's, FMEA's etc.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and rectify quality issues
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product quality
- Train and support team members on quality control measures
- Comply with industry regulations and safety standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Ensure documentation of quality assurance activities
Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- An educational background in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in quality assurance within the industrial/manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
