Employment Legal Secretary
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: up to 25,000 (DPE)

Our Legal 500 client are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with exposure to Employment law. The team is a well established in Employment with multiple offices in the West Midlands providing a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic department that deals with a diverse range of employment law matters.

Main Duties:


- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to a designated Partner, including document preparation, photocopying, and general correspondence.
- Assist with the life cycle of case files, including opening, closing, and conducting regular file reviews.
- Manage diaries and coordinate appointments effectively.
- Organise and maintain proper filing systems for client documentation, ensuring ease of access and compliance.
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the fee earner when appropriate.

You:

- Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative position within a professional services setting.
- Familiarity with employment law is an advantage.
- Proficient in dictation and audio typing.
- Strong organisational and filing capabilities.
- Professional and approachable manner.
