We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Legal Secretary to provide exceptional support in our client's fast-paced environment. If you have a proven track record in handling Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support in the Private Client department.
  • Manage and prepare legal documents related to Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
  • Maintain and organise client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Utilise office management systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven background as a legal secretary with good knowledge of wills and probate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
