Top legal 500 law firm in Central London are currently recruiting for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Litigation Legal Secretary role ideally within a property litigation department.
The successful candidate will be working along aside a dedicated Litigation team specifically within the Property Litigation department.
Experience for this Litigation Legal Secretary role -
- Digital dictation
- Preparing and filing routine forms, statements and documents
- Preparing and updating document bundles - both electronic bundles and physical bundles
- General office administration duties
- Liaising with courts, clerks and other legal professionals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation.
- Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Salary in the region of 34,000+
- Hybrid working arrangement
