The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join the firm’s busy Conveyancing Team. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments, offering 21 hours per week with flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team, including file opening, document preparation, and correspondence handling.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, emails, and telephone calls.
- Assisting with the preparation of contracts, completion statements, and other legal documentation.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and case management systems.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supporting the team with general office duties and ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
About You:
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred, ideally within conveyancing or property law.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
