Description
The Conveyancing Paralegal will support the team in:
- Managing property transactions, including Right to Buy and Right to Acquire cases
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transfers
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth conveyancing processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all transactions
- Providing support to the legal team on various property-related matters
Profile
The Conveyancing Paralegal should be:
- Experienced in residential conveyancing, particularly with Right to Buy and Right to Acquire processes
