Salary: 44,000 - 48,000

With an impressive portfolio spanning residential, healthcare, and education sectors, the Birmingham studio is now seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Architect to take the lead on a series of significant healthcare projects from early design through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
  • Oversee concept development, planning submissions, and technical delivery
  • Provide strong design leadership, ensuring project quality, innovation, and compliance
  • Conduct site inspections and manage coordination during construction
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project progression
  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing studio culture


Skills & Experience

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Significant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
  • Strong track record of leading and running projects independently
  • Proven expertise across all RIBA stages, from concept design to on-site delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Must be based within a commutable distance of the Birmingham studio
