A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect to join one of the UK's leading architectural practices, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across urban design, interiors, and masterplanning. With an impressive portfolio spanning residential, healthcare, and education sectors, the Birmingham studio is now seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Architect to take the lead on a series of significant healthcare projects from early design through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
- Oversee concept development, planning submissions, and technical delivery
- Provide strong design leadership, ensuring project quality, innovation, and compliance
- Conduct site inspections and manage coordination during construction
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project progression
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing studio culture
Skills & Experience
- ARB-registered Architect
- Significant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
- Strong track record of leading and running projects independently
- Proven expertise across all RIBA stages, from concept design to on-site delivery
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly beneficial
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Must be based within a commutable distance of the Birmingham studio
