If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a Logistics Team Leader to join our production team.The RoleAs a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of car parts within our production facility. You will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production targets are met.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring production runs smoothly
Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
Monitor stock levels and coordinate the movement of materials
Assist with problem-solving and drive continuous improvements
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment
Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality control procedures
Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
