We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement Services Manager to lead and drive procurement excellence within a high-performing team. This interim role is suited to a seasoned professional with a strong track record in public sector procurement and team leadership.

?? Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a procurement team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.Champion change initiatives and embed best practices across procurement processes.Drive governance and compliance, ensuring procurement activities align with organisational standards.Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes.Use data and evidence to inform decision-making and performance management.Oversee procurement operations with a focus on process efficiency and strategic delivery.

? Essential Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a senior procurement professional. PA23 trained with a deep understanding of public sector procurement frameworks.Extensive experience in team management and performance leadership.Strong evidence of change management and process improvement.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Data-driven approach with a focus on evidence-based decision-making.Sound understanding of procurement governance and compliance.
