UK Major and Complex Loss Director - Key duties
Handle claims in line with company requirements and particularly the demanding service standards of HNW clientsEnsure key performance indicator targets are reached and maintainedActively progress and control all casesUnderstand and effectively implement Company systems and proceduresUnderstand Individual client requirementsEnsure technical accuracy of the highest standardProduce high quality personalised outgoing correspondenceHandle customers effectively and fairly in line with HNW insurers requirementsBe flexible at all times and able to accommodate demanding appointment schedulesAction all work in line with company and client requirementsBuild effective relationships with clients, brokers and othersCommunicate regularly with all interested partiesProduce reports of highest quality
UK Major and Complex Loss Director - Key requirements
Required to have previous experience within a similar roleACILA , FCILA or other professional qualifications a preferenceTop quality interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast paced and changing environmentDependability and persistence are essentialProven track record of general property adjusting and high net worth claimsExperience of major losses is preferableCompletely flexible approach and adaptable to changing prioritiesAccustomed to working under pressure in a fast pace, demanding environmentFull, clean driving license required
