Sales Order Processor/ Planning Assistant

Up to £30,000

Home product provider, supplying organisations globally. A large selection of brand and private label products offering 1000s of SKUs to their client base. An established business that is now looking to grow its team. You will be working with the Supply and Chain team supporting with client orders and inventory.

What will do as a Sales Order Processor and Planning Assistant

  • Process all Major Retailer orders, up to 10 per day & update Customer Portals with order details
  • Overseeing 100 D2C orders per day via ecommerce platforms such as Amazon
  • Be the first point of contact for order enquiries
  • Raise pick lists for warehouse
  • Manage stock & inventory spreadsheet
  • Advise clients of new stock available / back orders
  • Assist with supply chain duties as and when required
  • Raise commercial invoices

What will you need to be aSales Order Processor and Planning Assistant

  • A stable and loyal service history in Sales Administrator
  • Processed Retailer order or D2C ecommerce orders
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Happy to be in the office 5 days a week
  • Supply or stock management would be an advantage
