Build Recruitment is representing a leading building solutions company in Birmingham seeking a Maintenance Engineer.
The position offers a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
The role includes responsibilities such as repairs, electrical maintenance, general building work, and conducting quality checks while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Candidates must possess a City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent, have electrical and pool experience, and hold a full UK driving license as essential qualifications.
The successful candidate will also have the option for overtime at enhanced rates and will be provided with a van and fuel card.

For the successful Maintenance Engineer our client is offering:

£30,000 - 40,000 per anum
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
