Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of chemical products. They're looking for a skilled Mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer to join their established Engineering Team.

What you'll be doing
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance on a wide range of mechanical and automated machinery
- Ensuring a timely and accurate handover between shifts
- Improving the performance and longevity of machinery, equipment and parts
- Upholding the highest levels of Health and Safety standards
- Supporting the maintenance team and wider engineering department
- Ad-Hoc Facilities Maintenance rectification and improvement work
What you'll need
- Strong Mechanical Maintenance Skillset
- Excellent understanding of pneumatics
- Industry-recognized qualification (NVQ / C&G, HNC)
- Basic Electrical Maintenance skills (replacing motors, sensors, contactors etc)
- Appreciation for stringent Health and Safety standards
- Fabrication & Welding (Desirable)
- At least three years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing role (FMCG / Packaging or similar is highly desirable)
