Company Secretarial Assistant – Up to £30,000

TSR Legal are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Company Secretarial Assistant, open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

This role sits within a busy corporate services team, working closely with a Partner, providing straightforward and helpful company secretarial support to a wide range of clients, from start-ups and SMEs to larger organisations.

As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you’ll act as the first point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, supporting them with incorporations, filings, and day-to-day administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incorporating new companies and assisting with Companies House filings
  • Managing calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
  • Distributing and processing client correspondence
  • Advising clients on service options available
  • Ensuring confirmation statements are completed and submitted on time
  • Supporting the team’s move towards a paper-lite process
  • General administration: filing, scanning, organising and maintaining records
  • Assisting with setting up new businesses and liaising with agencies
  • Producing annual invoicing and notifying clients accordingly
  • Managing a shared team inbox

About You:

  • Previous administrative experience within a professional services environment
  • Confident IT user – comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Organised, resilient and able to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Clear and concise communicator with a proactive, team-focused mindset
  • Experience with legal documentation would be an advantage, but not essential – training is provided on bespoke company secretarial systems
