My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join their dynamic Learning & Development team. As the Employee Development Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and development of the company's internal clients by providing excellent administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

Responsibilities Included:

  • Manage the logistics of various learning and development offerings, ensuring consistency across the team
  • Coordinate development programmes, including scheduling instructor-led training sessions and managing other blended learning activities
  • Collaborate with the team to utilise the Learning Management System (LMS) for the learning and development offerings
  • Create advertisements to promote learning and development offerings and monitor engagement levels
  • Ensure workshops are evaluated through feedback questionnaires to continuously improve learning activities
  • Update the company's intranet with the latest learning and development information
  • Draft letters of engagement and contracts for external providers
  • Process global invoices for external providers and support budget management

Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous administrative and support experience, must be in a professional services environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload, handle pressure, and manage multiple projects
  • Strong team player with a proven track record of working collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with using a Learning Management System (LMS)
