An Entreprenurial and rapidly growing technology business based in the City are looking for an experienced Office Manager on a part time (25 hours a week, 9.30am until 3pm), permanent basis (fully office based). Supporting a busy team of 15 people, you will be responsible for the day-to-day function of the entire and will act as the primary point for all relevant office management. You will ideally have experienced within a similar role and be looking to add value to your next role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • PA support to the Managing Director, including full diary and inbox management, arranging travel in the UK and internationally
  • Arranging accommodation and setting up itinaries
  • Full Facilities management, ensuring full health and safety and compliance within the office
  • Process and policy development and improvement
  • General office administration tasks
  • Ensuring the office is stocked up with stationery and equipment
  • Supporting with the preparation for regular SLT meetings.

This business is looking for someone to fit in with their culture and therefore you must possess the gravitas to handle challenging and varied tasks daily. You will have solid Office Management and PA experience. Successful candidates MUST have worked in a corporate setting, ie Technology, Financial Services, Property or Legal sector and have a flexible approach to work. You will be prepared to roll your sleeves up and be excited by the chance to make the role your own!

Please note this role is fully office-based Monday to Friday 9.30am until 3pm (may have some flexibility to WFH once a week for the right person). The full time equivalent salary is up to £28,000, meaning based on 25 hours a week the take home salary is up to £17,500 per annum.
