We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our client's team on a part-time job share basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of technical service delivery across a range of projects.

You'll work closely with our Project and Accounts Executive to support services across various business streams within a technology organisation. While you don't need a technical background, an eagerness to understand the work and attention to detail are essential.

  • Working Hours:Option 1: 3 full days per week (9:00am-5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break)Option 2: Monday to Friday with condensed/flexible hours

  • Initial Onboarding: 2 weeks (in-person) at Birmingham City Centre offices

  • Location: Primarily remote, with regular travel required (e.g. for meetings, training or occasional on-site coordination)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of client projects

  • Maintain project timelines, schedule meetings, and track progress

  • Liaise with clients to confirm project details and provide regular updates

  • Prepare project documentation and support quality delivery

  • Share responsibility for managing quotes, invoices, and payments

  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold internal processes and flag issues proactively
