This role offers plenty of variety, blending complex diary management often planning up to a year in advance with general administrative responsibilities. You'll also play a key role in organising a wide range of internal and external events for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Accurately recording and distributing meeting minutes
  • Overseeing general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of events and projects
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel as required
  • Meeting with external suppliers and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Managing and processing confidential financial information
  • Responding to and redirecting enquiries appropriately
  • Organising meetings and events for senior leadership and high-profile individuals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong diary management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, go-getting attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous administrative experience
