NPP are recruiting for a permanentsite manager to perform duties for a market leaderon long termsocial housing kitchen & bathroom re-fit projects around central and South /Birmingham.
Candidates would need a strong background in a similar role and be able to liase with the client, sub-contractors and clients.
Duties
- Lead works on kitchen & bathroom projects
- Ensure health & safety is adhered to
- RAM's
- Maintaining up to date site, health & safety records
- Ensure client & customer satisfaction
- Motivate and Manage sub-contractors and operatives
- Hold and lead regular site planning meetings
Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Scaffold Inspection
- Level 4 qualification (NVQ or HNC)
- Relevant experience on social housing projects
