Group Quality & Compliance Manager

Join a dynamic security and fire systems installer specialising in access control, intruder alarms, CCTV, and fire systems. This is a hands-on compliance role focused on managing quality and regulatory adherence across multiple sites within a fast-growing organisation.


What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage and maintain compliance programs and accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, SSAIB, BAFE, and cyber compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal audit processes across all sites.

  • Support tender and proposal processes by providing compliance input and documentation.

  • Collaborate with engineers and operational teams to ensure compliance with evolving standards and policies.

  • Help shape and update policies and procedures to maintain industry best practices.

  • Conduct risk assessments, compliance audits, and contribute to CSR initiatives like net zero and modern slavery.

  • Apply knowledge of BS 5839 fire alarm standards and related regulations in daily tasks.


What Youll Bring:

  • Experience working within the security and fire systems industry (access control, intruder alarms, CCTV, fire systems).

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and quality management standards, including ISO 9001, with useful knowledge of BS 5839 and relevant industry regulations.

  • Operational experience with cyber compliance and environmental policies is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams without direct leadership responsibility.

  • Strong communication skills with a diplomatic approach to supporting and influencing operational staff.

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving industry environment.
