Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategy to support business growth.
- Manage resource allocation and contractor performance across the UK and Bulgaria.
- Ensure 100% installation coverage with appropriately skilled tradespeople.
- Oversee contractor compliance with legal and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor costs to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Foster effective communication between teams and manage performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in supply chain management, with 3-5 years in a senior role.
- Experience in managing contractors across multiple regions.
- Strong leadership and financial oversight skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and reporting tools.
