Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations on mechanical services projects, primarily focused on ductwork and ventilation system installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labour, maintaining site safety standards, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations, overseeing labour, subcontractors, and materials to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Act as the main point of contact on-site for clients, contractors, and project management teams.

Monitor site safety, ensuring all works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company procedures.

Coordinate site activities in line with project programmes and schedules.

Maintain accurate site records, including labour records, site diaries, and health and safety documentation.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and site presentation at all times.

Assist with resolving any site issues or challenges to maintain workflow and project deadlines.
Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in a Site Manager or Site Supervisor role within the mechanical services, HVAC, or ductwork sectors.

Strong knowledge of site operations, health & safety legislation, and best practices within construction and building services.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple site activities, and maintain strong client and team relationships.

Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification are essential.
