Site Manager

Bennett & Game are excited to represent a growing architectural aluminium glazing specialist based in Nottingham, with over 40 staff and a recent turnover of over 14 million. The firm delivers high-spec aluminium curtain walling, window and door systems across the UK, and operates one of the most advanced aluminium manufacturing facilities in the country.

This is an opportunity to join a team known for precision, sustainability, and strong client relationships, leading out high-value facade projects in Birmingham. You will manage site delivery, oversee installation teams, and ensure quality and safety throughout every stage. Ideal candidates are ambitious, detail-led, and thrive in high-performance environments.

• Salary: 50k - 55k (DOE)

• Oversee the installation of curtain walling, door and window systems on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and logistics to keep projects on track
• Maintain health and safety, site documentation, snag lists and method statements
• Liaise with operations and project teams to align site delivery with design and fabrication plans
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met

• Relevant experience in facade, aluminium glazing or curtain wall installations preferred
• Strong site management skills with ability to lead teams and manage quality
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance and site documentation processes
• Full driving licence and ability to travel regionally
