Site Manager key responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Lead and support a facilities team, including external vendors and contractors.

  • Handle facilities budgets, cost control, and contract management.
  • Drive site efficiency improvements and respond to emergencies promptly.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
  • Proven experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
  • Skilled in using CMMS, BMS, and other maintenance-related software.
  • Technically hands-on with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
