Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus package

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the site of a new build apartments / housing site (5 units in total)
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour offering technical advice when needed
- Ensure quality control is followed and the site programme is adhered to
- Conduct site reports for the contracts manager
- Lead site meetings when required
- Health and Safety responsibility including toolbox talks
About the Company
- Established main contractor who work on housing, care homes and commercial builds
- Quality is of paramount importance
- Medium sized contractor
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience as a no2 on larger schemes or a no1 Site Manager on similar projects
- JCT and NEC experience
- Full UK driving license.
- CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
- NVQ Level 6 preferred
- Enhanced DBS checked to be completed prior to start
