Site Manager - An exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead major refurbishment projects for a reputable main contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, complex schemes across the commercial, residential, or public sectors with values upto 30 million.
Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site staff, and materials to maintain smooth workflow and site productivity.

Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, carrying out regular inspections and site audits.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the build process.
Experience
-
Proven track record managing refurbishment projects valued at 2m and above, ideally within live environments.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role within a main contracting environment.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and health & safety practices.

SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certification required.
