Job Title: Site Manager (Sprinkler Systems)
Contract Length: 6 months (initially)
Project Type: Retail Distribution Sites
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of sprinkler systems on retail distribution projects. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of sprinkler installation on-site
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including SMSTS requirements
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Maintain quality standards and project timelines
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience managing sprinkler system projects
NVQ in Site Management (or equivalent)
SMSTS certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Desirable:
Blue CSCS card related to sprinkler systems
