We are seeking an agile results-oriented Warehouse Operations Director to lead and optimise warehouse operations. This role will support a national footprint, and requires a focused leader to ensure seamless warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement.

Description
As the Warehouse Operations Director you will,
- Oversee all warehouse operations nationally to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics processes and warehouse performance.
- Lead and manage a team, building performance and accountability, to meet organisational objectives.
- As a key member of the SLT, align warehouse operations with business goals, supporting current and future business
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to across all operations.
- Drive effective systems use, to support operational dashboard and CI
Profile
A successful Warehouse Operations Director should have:
- Proven leadership experience supporting a multi-site warehouse operation, ideally with a track record supporting food distribution
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies effectively
- Build engagement and performance through upskilling, and succession planning
- Ability to tactically support management teams, as well as contributing to the SLT
Job Offer
- Salary, circa 95,000 base + package
