Our team

The Digital Marketing team is the first global team working with departments in all of our locations with the team split across the US and the UK. We work with multiple languages and offer digital marketing best practice, training and support wherever possible. The team cover all aspects of digital marketing including website content, social media, mobile applications, video production, online user experience (UX) and digital accessibility.

Role and key responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the firm’s global digital marketing operations. This entry-level role offers exposure across jurisdictions and platforms, contributing to the delivery of our multilingual global website, social media channels, and CRM/email marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting business-as-usual publishing across digital channels, ensuring timely updates and brand consistency.
  • Assisting with CRM and email marketing operations (InterAction and Vuture), including user enablement, issue resolution, and coordination of outsourced data quality projects.
  • Managing relationships with third-party vendors to streamline delivery across website, social media, and CRM workflows.
  • Contributing to SEO optimization and understanding how AI impacts online visibility.
  • Designing and editing digital assets—social media templates, e-marketing tools, banners, and imagery for web and email campaigns.
  • Delivering performance analytics and insights to stakeholders to inform strategy and improve engagement.
  • Participating in wider marketing projects and supporting urgent out-of-hours requests as needed.

This role is a lynchpin in our evolving delivery model, helping the department right-size internal expertise while leveraging outsourced execution through partners like Integreon. Skills and experience

We are looking for a proactive and creative digital marketing professional eager to grow in a global, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks, collaborating across jurisdictions, and contributing to both digital publishing and CRM operations.

Essential skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including website publishing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Organized and efficient, with a “right first time” approach to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Professional, approachable, and confident working with stakeholders across regions.
  • Creative flair with experience designing eye-catching imagery and templates.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and awareness of how AI impacts search visibility.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and image editing tools.

Desirable experience:

  • Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., InterAction) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture).
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or outsourced teams.
  • Understanding of HTML and CMS platforms.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure performance and improve content.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools and their application in digital marketing.
