About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, creative Email Marketing Executive with a knack for writing compelling copy that converts. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited by performance-driven marketing, has a natural talent for persuasive communication, and thrives in a data-informed environment.
This isn’t about reinventing the wheel — we need someone who can take concepts, turn them into high-performing emails and ads, and drive engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Creation:
- Write and build engaging marketing emails (concepts, copy and testing)
- Copywriting:
- Create high-converting copy for emails, newsletters, and direct mail
- Lead Generation:
- Support a clean and optimised sales process with content that drives results
- Campaign Performance & Analytics:
- Understand and use data to identify what’s working, iterate and optimise
- Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and upcoming opportunities every quarter
- Tool Support:
- Use marketing tools (email), and HubSpot (previous experience desirable or willing to learn quickly)
- Marketing Support:
- Support general marketing activities and contribute to monthly newsletter
What We’re Looking For:
- A creative, performance-minded marketer who can turn ideas into engaging content
- Strong copywriting skills with a flair for persuasive and conversion-focused writing
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Experience or exposure to tools like HubSpot and email campaign software
- Understanding of GDPR in marketing and data handling
- Interest in data and performance analytics — knowing how to interpret what works
- Experience in financial/professional services or B2C is ideal. Open to agency or in-house backgrounds
- Strong ability to think outside the box and bring new knowledge to the business
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media, or Psychology or other relevant Degree
- CIM qualification (not essential)
- Experience in lead generation, direct marketing, or performance-based campaigns
- Prior agency experience
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact — focused on results, not red tape. If you’re someone who can craft killer copy, track what works, and iterate with confidence — we’d love to hear from you.
