Our client, a respected construction and development business delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the UK, is looking for an Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is an exciting dual-role opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to both the operational efficiency and creative promotion of a thriving construction company.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing

  • Coordinate and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Assist in producing marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and newsletters
  • Update website content with the latest company news and project updates
  • Support photography and videography coordination for live sites and completed projects
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to improve brand visibility
  • Help organise events, exhibitions, and client presentations

Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain and update internal systems, project documentation, and filing
  • Support diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
  • Liaise with subcontractors and clients to ensure clear and efficient communication

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within the construction or property sector
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and professional communicator
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
