This position is offering a full-time permanent contract.
The Partnerships Manager - Supply Chain & Housing will receive:
- Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 (DOE) + car allowance
- Pension scheme: 5% contribution matching employee contribution
- Holiday: 25 days per annum pro rata to the start date (financial and holiday years run July to June) plus statutory bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain relationships to support frameworks, contracts, and DPS programmes.
- Provide operational support to the Member Services Team and supply chain partners.
- Onboard and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Support mobilisation and delivery of member programmes and call-off contracts.
- Assist in the negotiation of call-off contracts to maximise value for members.
- Identify consultancy and business development opportunities to add value to members.
- Support events, including seminars, roundtables, and conferences, while maintaining strong supply chain relationships.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and monitoring of social value and CSR activities.
- Keep abreast of legislative or sector changes affecting delivery of services.
Requirements for the Partnerships Manager Position:
- Previous experience in supply chain management, partnerships, or business development within the housing or construction sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of public procurement rules, commercial contractual arrangements, or social housing frameworks is desirable.
- Confident, resilient, and able to work as part of a team.
