AC / Ventilation Mechanical Project Engineer / Manager required. Ideally with specialist experience around air conditioning and ventilation installation

You will be typically running approx 2 - 3 projects at any one time of values up to 500k

This is a new role / appointment to bolster the team

You will be responsible for:

• Full support and project management on HVAC installation projects in particular air conditioning and ventilation
• Programming of works, updating reports where required
• Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings
• Contribute to the progress of the project
• Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
• Taking control cradle to grave
• Ability to estimate
• Design input
• Commercial acumen
