BMS Service Engineer

Join a leading building services company as a BMS Service Engineer!
We're looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to support our clients across commercial and industrial sites. If you're experienced with BMS systems (especially Trend or Tridium), have a strong service background, and value professional growth-this role is for you.

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, etc.)

• Diagnosing and rectifying faults in existing BMS infrastructure

• Performing software updates, controller reconfigurations, and control strategy adjustments

• Monitoring and optimising building energy performance through data analysis

• Producing clear, detailed service and fault-finding reports

• Attending reactive maintenance callouts as required

• Upgrading BMS hardware and control panels in line with site needs

• Liaising with clients and site managers to explain findings and suggest improvements

• Previous experience servicing or maintaining BMS/control systems in the construction industry

• Knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium systems preferred

• Valid CSCS or ECS site card

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• High attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset

• Full UK Driving Licence required
