Key Responsibilities:
路Lead mechanical design elements across multiple building services projects
路Deliver high-quality technical designs to RIBA Stages 1-4
路Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
路Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
路Ensure designs meet relevant regulations, including healthcare-specific requirements

What They're Looking For:
路Proven track record as a Mechanical Design Engineer within a building services consultancy
路Experience across healthcare, residential, or industrial projects
路Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations, with an advantage if familiar with healthcare guidelines (HTM, HBN)
路Ability to take a brief, work independently, and deliver to deadlines
路Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
