With ambitious growth plans in place, the company is now seeking an experienced engineer to lead site maintenance and play a key role in developing the maintenance function as the business expands.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, taking full responsibility for all maintenance activities across the new site while supporting and developing the existing maintenance engineer, with future responsibility for recruitment and team growth.

The company offers internal and external training, strong leadership support, and a clearly defined progression plan to move into a Maintenance Manager position within the next 2 years.

The Role:
*Overall responsibility for onsite maintenance
*Service, installations, and repair tasks
*Creating ppm's
*Managing one maintenance engineer

*Working experience as a Maintenance Engineer - Electrical bias
*Senior or Team Leadership experience
