Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is seeking a skilled Mobile AC Engineer to join their team in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong background in air conditioning and building services to work on a diverse range of sites, including office blocks, car parks, and unique locations such as zoos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform air conditioning servicing, maintenance, and breakdowns.

  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, including water temperature checks, emergency lighting, and other building services compliance activities.

  • Work across a variety of commercial sites, primarily in the West Midlands, with some coverage across the wider Midlands region.

  • Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota to provide out-of-hours support.

Requirements:
  • FGAS Cat 1 certification.

  • NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.

  • Proven experience as an AC Engineer with a strong bias towards air conditioning systems.

  • Competency in building services tasks (e.g., water temperature checks, emergency lighting).

  • Some professional longevity is preferred to demonstrate commitment and reliability.

  • Full UK driving licence (company van provided with fuel card, no private use).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
