About the Role:
As a Metrology Engineer, your focus will be on delivering high-quality, customer-oriented measurement solutions. You will work closely with the management, quality, and project teams to ensure targets are met through the application of modern techniques and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise CMM programs using Cameo software on LK CMM machines.

  • Conduct CMM setup and manage periodic database maintenance.

  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Dimensional Validation Approvals (DVAs).

  • Set up modular CMM fixtures.

  • Perform full ISIRs, capability studies, and provide constructive analysis of results.

  • Support PPAP documentation and submissions.

  • Maintain precise project records and quality-related timing plans.

  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Handle internal calibration of physical gauges, leak testing equipment, and Keyence IMD systems.

  • Manage external calibration of CMMs, scales, resistance testers, and slip blocks.

  • Conduct Gauge R&R and MSA studies.

  • Complete and manage calibration logs.

  • Program and maintain SOPs for Keyence IMD systems.

  • Support the introduction of new parts alongside the project team.

  • Promote a safe and compliant working environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in automotive metrology.

  • Proficient with CMM programming (Cameo essential).

  • High attention to detail and a team-oriented approach.

  • Able to communicate effectively across departments.

  • Committed to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
