We are currently working with a market leading, multi-site food manufacturer that are looking for a Production Manager to join the team on a Mon-Fri 3pm-Midnight shift.
The key responsibilities will be leading the whole shift, driving learning, development and mentoring. You will lead audits, customer visits and implement effective co-ordination with other departments and production planning. You will be responsible for driving all food safety, health and safety standards and quality standards are adhered to.
You will need to a hands on driver or CI initiatives, including SIC meetings and process mapping projects.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience running a shift autonomously, especially within a fast-paced environment and teams upwards of (Apply online only)+. You will have 5-10+ years in management and within food manufacturing, you will also have exposure to CI and Lean Manufacturing projects and understanding of training/methodologies.
