Summary:

A Temporary Tenant Liaison Officer is required for a period of 8 weeks to work with a main contractor on a project for Birmingham City Council. The role involves working on occupied council properties, focusing on the replacement of windows and doors. You will be responsible for liaising with tenants and residents, keeping them informed of all housing and planned maintenance works. Duties include booking installations, preparing tenants for upcoming work by advising them on the scope, timescales, contractor details, and potential disturbances. The role also involves general office tasks, such as compiling and sending information to various audiences, maintaining accurate records, and acting as the first point of contact for tenant issues related to property works. Immediate start is required, and the position will cover areas in North, East, and West Birmingham. You must own a vehicle to travel to sites.
