A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Bordesley Green area is looking to appoint a passionate KS1 Teacher to join their team from September. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to inspire young learners and make a real difference during a crucial stage in their education.

The school is flexible on year group (Year 1 or Year 2), depending on your strengths and preferences. You'll join a supportive staff team and a school that values creativity, high standards, and child-centred learning.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
Foster a positive, stimulating classroom environment
Support children's academic and emotional development
Use assessment to track progress and adapt teaching accordingly
Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to support pupil outcomes

We're looking for a teacher who:

Holds QTS and has recent KS1 teaching experience
Has strong curriculum knowledge and high expectations for all learners
Can create a nurturing and inclusive classroom
Is reflective, enthusiastic, and a great team player
