Our South Birmingham based Catholic Primary School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their established team to start September 2025. This successful Primary school boast a supportive and nurturing environment to staff and pupils. This school require an experienced teacher to cover a maternity leave from September 2025 to Easter 2026. This is a full time post with some planning required. The year group has not been confirmed yet so your preferences will be taken into consideration.

You will have prior UK primary teaching experience and be able to commit to a full time role from September 2025.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of each child
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning and well-being
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting appropriate targets
  • Uphold the Catholic ethos and values of the school in all aspects of teaching and community life

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching in primary education
