- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and third-party carriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Manage bookings, manifests, and transport documentation
- Monitor delivery progress and resolve any logistical issues or delays
- Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery schedules and queries
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
- Accurately update internal systems and logs
- First point of call for all customer enquiries.Â
- Previous experience working within a pallet network or high-volume multi-drop environment is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to work under pressure
- Able to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
