We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead our lead generation marketing strategy, driving revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, optimise performance, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement. You will also play a key role in shaping how we generate, nurture, and convert leads to drive commercial success.

Description

You will be responsible for developing and executing activities that support new business across our core and diversified markets, as well as promoting venue services and our e-commerce platform to exhibitors.

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive new business for both New Business Exhibitions (core and diversified markets) and Venue Services (exhibitors).
  • Plan and implement inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns that attract and convert prospects into high-quality leads, ensuring a strong pipeline for the sales teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and transactions in our B2B e-commerce platform for exhibitors.
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey across event organiser and exhibitor leads, optimising touchpoints to improve engagement and lead conversion.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, paid media, events, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with New Business and Venue Services sales teams to align marketing activity with revenue targets and demonstrate ROI.
  • Develop tailored campaigns to promote Venue Services to exhibitors, ensuring strong engagement and conversion.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and performance tracking.
  • Develop compelling marketing assets, including sales collateral, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Identify and implement new tactics to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimise and improve results.
  • Contribute to the scoping, planning, and delivery of a comprehensive program of activities to grow the business and enhance its reputation, working closely with the wider marketing team to deliver against strategic objectives.

Profile

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth (essential).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude (essential).
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, content, paid media, and automation.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and experience of relevant marketing processes, best practices, and tools, with a noted focus on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (advantageous).
  • Experience of promoting a venue, destination, and/or professional services business (desired).
  • Ability to prioritise multiple demands and ensure that delivery is focused on activities that add maximum value.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to present confidently to senior staff and customers.
  • Self-starter; flexible, creative, determined.
