This role offers the opportunity to be the digital voice of our brand, developing and executing social strategies that enhance engagement, expand our community, and elevate brand awareness. You will work closely with the Brand Director, focusing on both men’s and women’s segments across all major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.
  • Create and curate visually compelling and on-brand content in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars to synchronise with product launches, campaigns, and activations.
  • Analyse performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Stay updated with social trends, platform updates, and fashion industry news to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and creators to amplify our social presence.
  • Engage actively with our audience through DMs, comments, and community management.
  • Support paid social campaigns with an integrated organic content strategy and coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, or Streetwear.
  • Deep understanding of content creation, social trends, and platform algorithms.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a solid understanding of fashion culture.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Planoly, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
