What You Will Do:

- Serve as the go-to expert on packaging materials, providing guidance on sustainable, innovative solutions.

- Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure packaging complies with standards such as OPRL, EPR, and Plastic Tax.

- Lead the design and execution of new packaging concepts, from initial ideas to factory trials and final product launches.

- Collaborate with suppliers to source cutting-edge materials and stay ahead of market trends.

- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of packaging and foodservice product development projects.

- Present innovative packaging concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders, driving forward-thinking solutions.

What You Will Bring:

- A minimum of two years' experience in packaging development within an FMCG environment, ideally within the food industry.

- Strong knowledge of packaging materials and their functional properties, with a focus on sustainability.

- Proven ability to manage critical paths and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

- A relevant qualification in Food Science, Technical, or Engineering.

- A track record of identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving packaging processes.
