Location BirminghamWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Transformation Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role involves managing key retail and office assets, overseeing the ground lease portfolio, and driving disposals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maximising income from our assets and addressing a significant backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals.Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Oversee and manage key retail and office assets, ensuring optimal performance and value.
- Ground Lease Portfolio: Manage the ground lease portfolio, ensuring compliance and maximising returns.
- Disposals: Lead the disposal process of assets, ensuring strategic and profitable outcomes.
- Income Maximisation: Develop and implement strategies to maximise income from the asset portfolio.
- Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals: Address and overcome a major backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in asset management, particularly in the retail and office sectors.
- Strong background in disposals and ground lease management.
- Demonstrated ability to maximise income from assets.
- Experience in handling rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
