DBS School Cleaner

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting afternoon school cleaners to work in South Birmingham.

As a cleaner you will be required to:

• Clean toilet areas.
• Restocking amenities
• Mopping and sweeping.
• Vacuuming
• General dusting to include desks, furniture, chairs, and ledges.
• Ensure that equipment is used and stored in the appropriate manner
• Ensure that cleaning materials are used correctly to the manufactures recommendations and stored appropriately.
• Emptying bins and picking up litter
• Any other task that is appropriate in the cleaning of the establishment
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Good timekeeper and ability to organise task completion in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a school cleaner is ideal
• ENHANCED DBS Disclosure - must have been issued within the last 12 months or on the update service
• Full employment history

Hours: Monday to Friday 3pm-6pm - 15 hours a week

Must be available on an ongoing basis
