Job Description:We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Forge Stamper to join a well-established manufacturing team in Cradley Heath. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forge stamping machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Work with hot metal and heavy-duty equipment
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in forge stamping or a similar heavy industrial role
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
