You’ll focus on raising attainment in History or Geography, depending on your background. You’ll support revision, explain key concepts, and help prepare students for assessments. You’ll work closely with subject teachers to identify gaps and deliver high-impact support.The CandidateYou’ve got a 2:1 or above in History, Geography or a related subject, plus strong A-Levels. You’ve worked with young people before—maybe through tutoring, mentoring, summer schools, or volunteering—and you’re serious about a future in education. You’re confident, reliable, and know how to communicate complex ideas clearly.
